"I had a wonderful and worthwhile experience at the first annual survivors conference. What a privilege and a gift it was to be with such an incredible group of people. The guest speakers were awesome. The audience was a blessing as they had so much to give as they shared so much of themselves with their very thought provoking questions and experiences." -Carla T. Addie RN, New Braintree, MA
"I want to thank you for your work in setting up the CCN conference. I made new friends. The speakers were ... I can't find words to express my feeling about the excellence of that group. You must have spent many, many hours preparing for the conference because hard work shows. I can't help thinking and speaking in superlatives about the experience." - Sylvia Kleiman, Great Neck, New York
Come and hear speakers like Rick Ecalono, an 18-year colon cancer survivor who has survived six separate occurrences and was named Coping magazine's 2001 Hero of the Year, or Dr. Ernestine Hambrick, a colorectal surgeon who now runs an organization devoted exclusively to colon cancer prevention, or Eddie Leigh, a colon cancer survivor who will be concluding his 12-city Trauma to Triumph tour. The full slate of speakers and programs will be announced closer to the conference date. Please check back later for more details of the conference programs and speakers.
